Our 30 day Positive Psychology program is based on many of the findings from Psychology studies which show that there are certain actvities in life which raise our overall feelings of "satisfaction with life".

When we look at something and connect to it, our minds and bodies mirror what we see. Connecting to things can become a habit, even when that connection no longer helps us achieve our goals or makes us feel good. Sometimes rituals serve us well but left unobserved they can also be destructive. “You are what you eat”, as the expression goes, but you are also what you think, feel and do. It is these expressions of your energy that shape your mind and destiny. In our 30 day Wellbeing plan we ask you to examine which habits and routines nourish and which drain your energy. The ideas are a fusion from the field of Positive Psychology and Eastern traditions, including Buddhism.
