Kelly has a background in Psychology and worked in the corporate world for over 10 years before becoming a Reflexologist. She trained at the London School of Reflexology, under Louise Keet, author of the Reflexology Bible.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that specific points on your feet (as well as your hands and face) known as reflexes correspond with different parts and systems of your body and by working these points, it can have an effect on the body’s functioning, stimulating its own healing processes.
It’s a non-intrusive treatment which is not only deeply relaxing, but it also helps to restore the body's natural balance so often put out of whack by our stressful lives, our environment, the amount of exercise we do (or dont do!), the foods we eat and the products we use.
Kelly treats her clients holistically and will always consider wider diet, exercise and lifestyle factors, which may be impacting their well-being
She has an empathetic approach to her clients and appreciates how deeply personal and unique everyone’s experience is.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and supporting women before, during and after pregnancy. Alongside her Reflexology, Kelly also teaches infant massage courses to new parents.
Kelly is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR)
Diploma in Reflexology (MAR)
Certificate in Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy & Post-Natal Reflexology
Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI)
