Course of 5 x 60 Minute Posture Improvement Sessions
Improve your posture by buying a course of 5 x 60 minute one-to-one yoga classes. Increase tone and flexibility through a combination of yoga and assisted stretches. One to one sessions can be booked at the Colombo Centre at the following times. To book contact us
