Alexandra is a Bodywork Therapist with over 14 years of experience in movement science and manual therapy. As the founder of Phoenix Bodycraft, she specialises in systemic body transformation — releasing deep-seated physical tension and resetting the nervous system to craft a body that feels resilient, powerful, and free.
Her practice is rooted in a strong academic foundation, holding a Master’s in Sport Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Physical Rehabilitation. This is uniquely combined with 7 years of elite-level, bespoke training within the high-performance circus gymnastics environment. This rare perspective allows her to decode complex biomechanical compensations, moving beyond temporary relief toward lasting functional restoration.
Integrating technical precision with a deep understanding of stress recovery, Alexandra is also a Reiki Master-Teacher. This allows her to address both physical restrictions and nervous system fatigue, helping people fully down-regulate from high-pressure environments.
Having navigated her own journey through injury recovery and 16 years of multi-sport experience, she looks at the body as a complete, interconnected biomechanical system.
Her sessions are designed exclusively for individuals committed to serious progress, peak performance, and lasting structural change.
