Relax, restore and reset
These therapies are ideal for people looking for gentle healing and handling the stresses and strains of social isolation and being away from normal health routines. We all need to spend a bit of time in a recovery space, recharging our batteries. Long hours, tight deadlines, long commutes, covid and stress all have a draining impact on our energy. Choosing a healing treatment is a mindful and strong affirmation that we choose self-compassion. Many of the therapists also have experience working with trauma, anxiety and PTSD.

Treatments and movement classes during covid-19
During 2020 and 2021, the therapists have been seeing clients remotely using Teams, Zoom or Skype. This is still an option for you. However, they are now starting to bookings back at the centres. Please contact them directly to find out more.
