The energy and movement therapy, at our Covent Garden and Waterloo wellbeing centres, includes Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Qi Kung, Energy healing and Yoga.

These therapies are ideal for people looking for some gentle healing and handling the stresses and strains of social isolation and being away fron normal health routines.
We all need to spend a bit of time in a recovery space, recharging our batteries. This doesn’t mean we lack resilience, it simply reflects the level and intensity of London living. Long hours, tight deadlines, long commutes and emotional contagion can all have a draining impact on our energy.
Choosing a healing treatment is a mindful and strong affirmation that we choose self-compassion. Many of the therapists also have experience working with trauma, anxiety and PTST.
