What is life coaching?

Life coaching at Breathe London is a focused space to think clearly about your life, without judgement.

Your coach works with you as a thinking partner – asking questions, offering tools and helping you turn “something needs to change” into clear next steps.

People come to coaching for things like:

  • Career direction and decisions

  • Confidence and self-belief

  • Stress and work–life balance

  • Relationships and communication

  • Motivation, habits and procrastination

How does it work?

1. Initial conversation
You’ll talk about what you’d like from coaching and whether it’s a good fit – even if your goal is still fuzzy.

2. Regular 1:1 sessions (in person or online)
Together you will:

  • Clarify what matters most to you

  • Set goals that feel meaningful and realistic

  • Understand what’s keeping you stuck

  • Try new mindsets, behaviours and habits

  • Agree on small, practical actions between sessions

3. Simple, practical tools
Your coach may share exercises and frameworks to help with stress, confidence, communication and habit change – all tailored to you.
