Mind therapies in Waterloo and Covent Garden
Good mental wellbeing and physical health go hand in hand. That’s why at Breathe we offer mind therapies and physical therapies. Our team of mind therapists has decades of combined experience. Each of them has a range of techniques and therapies, which they use to help you find your own path to excellent mental health. We don’t believe that we are here to fix you but rather work with you to find your own unique path to wellbeing.
David, Dorinda, Madeleine, Simona, Peter and Simon provide a warm, nurturing environment in which you can learn to break free from repetitive and afflictive patterns. In coaching and counseling the most important aspects of the healing process include the knowledge and skill of the therapist, application of the latest techniques and research, the warmth and care of the therapist and most importantly the ability of the therapist to listen in a kind and non-judgmental way.
Our therapists have many years of practice behind them and provide a nurturing, warm environment which enables gentle reflection and healing.
